Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok is an institution that supports leading startups in scaling up and expanding into global markets by collaborating with key players in the startup ecosystem. It operates various projects to support startup growth, including incubation programs that offer office space, global expansion initiatives, and open innovation opportunities where startups can collaborate with large corporations.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government acquired the building in 2017. Spanning ten floors, it provides space for startups, including a citizen-friendly zone on the first floor.

Tour program participants will explore the infrastructure of both the main building and the annex building.

From a ▲ co-working space where anyone can utilize without designated seats to a ▲library with startup-related books and ▲ a resting area, the facility provides free space.

The facility also offers ▲ IR media room, a space where startups pitch their ideas to secure funding from investors. It serves as a multifunctional space that hosts open innovation events, giving startups the opportunity to collaborate with large corporations. In addition, the facility includes ▲ studio where startups could film promotional videos and interviews, a ▲ kitchen incubator where F&B startups can test their menus, and a ▲ commercialization support center that supports the entire process from creating prototypes to mass production.

The tour manager will guide visitors throughout the facility. Tour application must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-show would be subject to penalty.
Receiver for the ear will be provided for a group of more than 15 people. An English tour is also available for foreign visitors. In addition, a global inbound program is in place, targeting foreign startup institutions and entrepreneurs.
