[메가경제=양대선 기자] Banya AI has launched a full-scale entry into the financial and public sectors with CodePilot, an AI coding product optimized for internal networks.

 

As a company founded last year, Banya AI focused on delivering solutions for companies and public institutions facing challenges in adopting generative AI due to security and network separation issues. It offers AI services tailored to organizations restricted from using external, frontier LLMs.

The company collaborated with the Nonghyup Bank Card Business Division to conduct a Proof of Concept for natural language to SQL (NL2SQL) and data generation by participating in the Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok Open Innovation Program. The collaboration verified the feasibility of applying ‘CodePilot’ within a real-world financial environment and selected as a winner of the Open Innovation Project Award.

The flagship product ‘CodePilot’ is an on-premise AI coding solution that empowers development by incorporating enterprise-specific environments, legacy systems, and team-level rules and policies.

With scalable configurations ranging from 27B to 120B parameter models, the solution enhance the development productivity and consistency by implementing project and team-level policies. Hybrid deployment is also available for clients with established cloud-based LLM infrastructure.

Banya AI is speeding up the commercialization and expansion of CodePilot building on its experience.

Having entered into an exclusive distributorship agreement with ITCEN CLOIT for CodePilot, Banya AI is jointly developing and commercializing an Ai coder module within ITCEN CLOIT’s multi-AI agent management platform, AgentGo. By leveraging its proprietary AI technology, Banya AI is accelerating its expansion into the financial, public and enterprise markets. Additionally, it is intensifying its business development efforts, centered on implementation and integration customized for real-world customer setting

Research on its own proprietary AI coding models is also underway. Leveraging its experience in the Qualcomm AI Innovator Program, it has accumulated research experience in snapdragon chipset-based inference and model optimization. It plans to strengthen its capabilities in developing lightweight and optimized AI models tailored for enterprise environments.
